Setting resource limits
Returns the current limit for the resource RESOURCE, which should be one of the resource-identifiers listed below. By default the soft limit is returned, but if HARD? is given and true, the current hard limit is returned. See the getrlimit(2)
man page for more information.
Note that if no limit is set, +inf.
(inifinity) will be returned.
Here is a list of available resources. Some resource types mot be available on every platform.

Sets the soft or hard resource limit. A value if +inf.
disables the limit completely. A value of false is equivalent to zero.
